PRODUCTION AREA
It is obtained from aromatic grapes coming from “Val de Brun” estate.
Vineyards: 15/18 years old.
Grape variety: red aromatic.
TECHNOLOGY
The pressed grapes are placed in containers for traditional red vinification. The subsequent maceration phase is carefully controlled to extract fragrances, intense colour and to limit the presence of tannins. Conserving the must in low-temperature controlled tanks maintains the intense and delicate aroma of the grapes.
The foam formation, starting directly from the must, takes place in the autoclave at a consistent low temperature to bring out the characteristics of the basic wine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Perlage: fine in dense and persistent fountains.
Colour: ruby red, sparkling.
Bouquet: fragrance of syruped fruits, candied citrus fruit and wild strawberry.
Taste: intensely aromatic, delicately sweet, well balan-ced.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
